A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver and a 3-time Pro Bowler, was proud to welcome young athletes to his third annual youth football camp this summer at Sycamore High School in Cincinnati. Green and his coaching staff worked with 425 kids over the course of the 2-day camp, instructing them and working with them to increase their skills on the gridiron and boost their self-confidence. Green has been a Teammate since 2013.

Teammates happily provided scholarships that made it possible for many children to attend the camp at no cost. Scholarships were provided through the Cincinnati Recreation Commission, which offers many organized sports leagues--competitive and recreational--in the Cincinnati area. The CRC is dedicated to helping athletes learn something new or advance their existing skills.

Continuing its tradition of presenting a Good Teammate Award at each camp to which they provide scholarships, Teammates was proud to recognize 12-year-old William Truitt of Cincinnati. He received the award for exhibiting the traits of a Total Teammate: leadership, toughness, unselfishness, and respect for the game and all of its participants.
