What happens when you allow New York Giants Bear Pascoe, Jim Cordle, and Cooper Taylor in the Zone at Mt. Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital? Well, you get a top-notch football trivia show on KidZone TV, where patients tested their knowledge by responding to the pros' questions in the studio and from their hospital rooms. After that, the players joined patients for some creative fun, making trophies out of medical supplies, writing and reciting trophy acceptance speeches, and challenging the kids to air hockey, pool, and video games.

Several patients can now also brag that they've worn a Super Bowl ring, because Jim Cordle passed his around and let kids pose for pictures with the impressive jewelry adorning their fingers.

Zone Coordinator Cheryl Strauss said, "“While The Zone was buzzing with the excitement of our young patients, Bear, Jim, and Cooper brought a remarkably peaceful and calming energy to the environment. Their relaxed conversations and playful interactions with patients and families created a homelike atmosphere within the hospital. We are so grateful to have these fantastic athletes as part of our Zone family.”

“Just want to thank Bear, Jim and Cooper for taking the time out of their schedules to visit the kids in the Child Life Zone at Mt. Sinai.” Says Troy Aikman CO-Founder at Teammates for Kids “I know their visit will mean more to the kids and families than they will ever know and we at Teammates for Kids can’t thank them enough for what they are doing.”
