The Zone at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota in St. Paul was more than happy to host some Major League Baseball events in the days leading up to the All Star Game last week. Here are some photos taken on the day when kids were treated to a visit by Vera Clemente, wife of the late Roberto Clemente; Eddie Guardado, a former Teammate, Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame member, and two-time All-Star; as well as Paws, mascot for the Detroit Tigers; and Pirate Parrot, mascot for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Everyone was celebrating the donation of a Wii Fun Center by Major League Baseball. The Zone's baseball column also received its first signatures.
