Garth Brooks, Co- Founder of Teammates for Kids and Troy Aikman, Founder of the Child Life Zone came together for a special visit to the Child Life Zone at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. The two spent over an hour visiting with kids, playing games and lifting the spirits of everyone who came into the Zone. Mark Wallace, President and CEO of Texas Children’s, also made a special trip to the Zone to participate in all of the festivities.

“I was so touched as I watched Garth and Troy interact with our patients and families,” Said Mary Tietjens, Manager of Child Life. “They both have such a genuine spirit and a sincere desire to connect with everyone they come in contact with. These two really care about making a difference in the life of a hospitalized child.”

“Seeing the impact the Child Life Zone has on the patients and families at the hospital, is very rewarding for us,” said Garth Brooks “It shows that what we are doing is making a difference in their lives, it is giving them an escape and a chance to be kids!”

The Zone at Texas Children’s Hospital will undergo a complete remodel starting in early 2014. Teammates for Kids is excited about its dynamic relationship with the hospital and the community it embraces.Where to Buy the Yeezy BOOST 700 'Tephra'
