Rob Gronkowski, New England Patriots tight end and a Teammate since 2010, hosted his Annual Pro Football Camp at Woburn Memorial High School in Woburn, Mass. Over 514 aspiring athletes attended the camp to hone their football skills under the direction of Gronk and the camp coaches. Teammates was proud to provide scholarships to children from the Ricky McGregor Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund was started in memory of a healthy happy 13-year-old man who lived enthusiastically and loved many things.
Teammates is proud to present a Good Teammate Award to one camper at each of the Pro Camps they provide scholarships. The award is given to a camper in recognition of his or her traits of a TOTAL TEAMMATE: leadership, toughness, unselfishness, and respect for the game and all of its participants. At Gronkowski’s camp, the Good Teammate Award was presented to 12-year-old William Sonia.
